Abby’s offers a group training program for dogs of all ages, primarily for younger dogs and puppies. Group lessons are designed for non-aggressive dogs. We hold group training classes on various days and times throughout the week, so our Dog Parents can jump in and start at any week.

What to Expect:
Our group training program includes 1 private session scheduled with our Trainer to evaluate your dog’s skill level to begin training and placement of your dog in either the Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced group training classes. The Dog and its Parent will attend 4 group classes and work with the Trainer to learn alongside other Dog Parents.
Puppy Classes
- Puppies level that are 2 to 5 months old can attend a free puppy social event on Saturdays: 9:00 am – 9:30 am.
- Group Classes for Puppies 2 to 5 months are on Saturdays: 9:30 am – 10:15 am and Mondays: 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm.
The Puppy Classes for dogs 2-5 months old focus on crate training and curbing behaviors such as jumping, biting and barking.
Beginner Classes
The Beginner level dogs that are 6 months or older and their Parent will be evaluated by our Trainer as a team.
Our Trainer will assess you and your dog’s current working relationship and behavior level to determine your team’s ability and experience in interacting together and to learn the following COMMANDS:
- Sit, stay, place
- Down/ stand
- Come
- Walking on leash, heel
For Beginner Level dogs that are 6 month or older we offer Group Classes are on Saturdays: 10:30 am – 11:15 am and Mondays: 7:30 pm – 8:15 pm.
Intermediate Classes
Intermediate level dogs that are 6 months or older with Dog Parents more familiar with basic training skills will explore more learn more detailed and complex training COMMANDS while on leash.

- Down on command, with distraction
- Come on command with distraction
- Heel on command with distraction
For Intermediate Level dogs that are 6 months or older we offer Group Classes are on Saturday: 11:30 am – 12:15 am and Tuesday: 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm.
Advanced Classes
Advanced level dogs that are 6 months or older with Dog Parents familiar with intermediate level training skills will learn to explore off leash more complex training COMMANDS we will reinforce the COMMANDS at further distances, with added distractions, and then finally off-leash with an E-collar! (E-collar to be purchased separately by Dog Parent.)

For Advanced Level dogs that are 6 months or older we offer Group Classes are on Saturdays: 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm and Tuesdays: 7:30 pm – 8:15 pm.
